Brief
Philips ran a global campaign to crowd-source new ideas for making cities more liveable. Having received over 400 entries, our job was to bring the ideas to life online, drive traffic and create engaging content across multiple digital channels.
Idea
We used the finalists’ stories to develop a series of nine short 'elevator pitch' shot films in San Fransisco with a CNN news anchor. These were then seeded through social platforms and across the Web. Viewers were asked to vote for their favourite idea and directed to a campaign micro-site to find out more and cast their votes. Over the period of four weeks, more than 42,000 people voted and the winner was announced at a grand event in the Rijks Museum, Amsterdam.
